Job Description
The Shop Craftsman is a hands-on, entry-level position that plays a critical support role in our operations, assisting with cutting, assembling, and prepping fence and deck components, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the woodshop.

Requirements

  • Assist with cutting, assembling, and prepping fence and deck components
  • Operate basic woodworking tools and machinery safely
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the woodshop
  • Support inventory tracking and material preparation for upcoming jobs
  • Assist with quality control to ensure parts meet company standards
  • Help load and unload materials from installation trucks
  • Assist Yard Supervisor as needed to assist in staging materials for upcoming installations and yard cleaning and organization
