Role OverviewProvide quality repair services on construction equipment in a responsive, friendly, educated, and timely manner. Perform basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned construction equipment. Identify problems with mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and electrical systems and execute effective solutions.
What You Will Do
Perform basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned construction equipment. Identify problems with mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and electrical systems and execute effective solutions. Participate in Service Training programs for the development of skills and knowledge.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and service team. Must have an inventory of hand tools to facilitate the assigned repairs. Heavy equipment and/or agricultural experience is a plus.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 year technical school graduate preferred
- 1-year fleet or dealership experience in a diesel shop is required; 3-5 years preferred
- Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and service team
- Must have an inventory of hand tools to facilitate the assigned repairs
- Heavy equipment and/or agricultural experience is a plus
