Role OverviewThe Shop Diesel Technician/Mechanic will provide quality repair services on construction equipment to meet customer needs in a responsive, friendly, educated, and timely manner. The role involves performing basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned construction equipment.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities include identifying problems with mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and electrical systems and executing solutions, participating in Service Training programs, and documenting all repairs and testing for customer and warranty repairs.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-year technical school graduate preferred
- 1-year fleet or dealership experience in a diesel shop
- 3-5 years of experience preferred
- Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and service team
- Must have an inventory of hand tools to facilitate assigned repairs
- Heavy equipment and/or agricultural experience is a plus
