What You Will Do
Diagnose and assist with advanced drivability, electrical, and network concerns, ensure repairs meet Audi factory standards for quality and efficiency, and support technician development through training and real-time coaching.

Requirements
- 5+ years of dealership technician experience (Audi, Volkswagen, or other European luxury brands preferred)
- Previous experience as a Shop Foreman, Team Lead, or Lead Technician
- Strong electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
- Experience mentoring and developing technicians
- Working knowledge of dealership management systems
- Audi certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain)
