Job Description
R+L Carriers is seeking a Maintenance Shop Foreman at its Owensboro, KY service center. The successful candidate will perform preventative and day-to-day maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty equipment, and will also handle administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Perform preventative and day-to-day maintenance and repair on heavy-duty tractors, trailers, and forklifts.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties.
  • All repairs and major repairs on trucks and forklifts.
  • Truck, forklift, and dry van trailer experience is mandatory.
  • Experience with air brakes, clutches, electrical repairs, PM's, lift-gates, overhead door repair, etc.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of tractor/trailers (air brakes, clutches, diesel engines, lights, and electrical repairs).
  • Mechanic experience is a plus.
  • Manager experience is a plus.
