We are seeking a Shop Foreman for our Williamsburg, MI branch to oversee the daily operations of our construction equipment maintenance and repair facility. The role requires leadership skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail to ensure efficient functioning of equipment, maintain a safe working environment, and provide high-quality workmanship.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction equipment industry
  • Technical knowledge of various construction equipment types and their components
  • Leadership and team management skills
