Role OverviewWe're seeking a talented Shop Foreman to join the Transwest Team! As a Shop Foreman, you will directly supervise technicians, assist the Service Manager in training personnel, and carry out established policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for quality assurance activities, customer relations, and scheduling work to maximize quality, productivity, and profit.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include supervising maintenance of tools and shop equipment, assisting technicians with finish and repair work, and resolving customer complaints. You will also be responsible for scheduling, assigning, and supervising work to meet the objectives of the team.
