Role OverviewThe Shop Foreperson is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the flow of service work through the workshop in a professional, timely, and efficient manner while ensuring quality repairs at a fair cost to the customer.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include reviewing CDK, leading the technician group, reviewing technician production performance, interacting with customers, mentoring and teaching technicians, monitoring and reviewing technician behavior, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Requirements
- High School Diploma with post-secondary technical training
- 7+ years of experience in repairing vehicles
- Valid NYS inspection license
- Valid Drivers' License
