Role OverviewThe Shop Foreperson is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading the flow of service work through the workshop, ensuring quality repairs at a fair cost to the customer. They must provide a consistently outstanding brand & customer experience through outstanding preparation, attitude, & teamwork.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include reviewing CDK, interacting with customers, mentoring and teaching technicians, monitoring and reviewing technician behavior, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and dispatching work out to the shop.

Requirements
- High School Diploma with post-secondary technical training
- 7+ years of experience in repairing vehicles
- Valid NYS inspection license
