Role OverviewThe Shop Helper is an entry-level role designed to provide assistance in various settings, including workshops, factories, and repair shops. Under the guidance and supervision of maintenance manager, plant manager, shop foreman, the helper will learn to operate devices and machinery, maintain inventories, clean and provide general support for the business.
What You Will Do
Operating Devices and Machinery: Assisting staff by operating machinery and tools. Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels of janitorial supplies and materials. Yard Work: Assist yard operator to organize kits or material in the yard. Restroom/Breakroom/Office Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms during each shift. General Support: Assisting colleagues with tasks as required.
