Role OverviewThe Shop Labor position involves operating bolt forging machines and press machines, inspecting products, and maintaining the work area. The role requires experience with handheld measuring tools, die changeover, and setup of stamping presses. The individual must be able to read and understand technical instructions, have good eye-hand coordination, and basic math skills.
What You Will Do
Operate bolt forging machines and press machines, inspect products, process materials, report daily production totals, detect and report defective materials, and maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
