Job Description
JGM is seeking a Shop Laborer / Helper who will play a hands-on role supporting daily fabrication shop operations, with opportunities to transition into a skilled trade career.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds safely
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and use hands for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to early start times
