Join our Page Trucking Team today as a Shop Manager, responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading a team, and improving shop efficiency. $80,000-$100,000 annually (based on experience).

Requirements

  • Lead and manage daily shop operations and technician workflow
  • Prioritize incoming repairs and coordinate schedules effectively
  • Manage employee productivity, accountability, and attendance
  • Maintain communication with drivers, vendors, and leadership
  • Monitor shop efficiency and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure safety and DOT/CSA compliance standards are maintained
