Role OverviewThe Shop Manager/Diesel Mechanic will lead a team of mechanics and shop staff, overseeing shop operations, mentoring, and performing repairs and maintenance on diesel-powered trucks, mixers, and heavy equipment. The role requires strong management and teaching skills, deep mechanical expertise, and a commitment to safety standards.
What You Will Do
Perform routine maintenance and inspections, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and use diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately identify problems and determine solutions.

- Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred
