The Shop Manager will coordinate and provide leadership, train employees, mentor and motivate the team, and manage the shop facility. They will also guide service and repair processes, ensure cost and quality objectives are met, and maintain professional and technical knowledge.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Proven ability to lead a team of mechanics
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Basic proficiency with computer applications
- Physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy objects
- Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision
