Job Description
MGB Manufacturing, LLC is seeking a Shop Mechanic 1 to perform maintenance and repair tasks on machinery, equipment, and vehicles within the shop. The role requires basic mechanical skills and the ability to assist with inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs under supervision.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical or vocational training in mechanics or a related field is preferred
  • Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Experience with basic hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
