What You Will Do
Train, coach, and support technicians to support and encourage growth and efficiency. Supervise daily shop operations and technician workflow. Collaborate with service advisors to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on automotive technician experience
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience in a shop environment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
