Shop Technician - Earthmoving

Requirements

• Adheres to and follows all applicable and required safety standards and procedures.
• Performs minor repairs, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting on earthmoving equipment.
• Uses correct tools and procedures for repairs.
• Orders and returns parts for assigned jobs in a timely manner.
• Works independently in the shop as required.
• Maintains a productive work environment and upholds the values of the Thompson Tractor brand.
• Demonstrates positive relationships with customers, clients, vendors, coworkers, and management.
