Job Description
PAPE’ Machinery, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Shop Technician to join our team. As a Shop Mechanic, you will work on all makes and models of agriculture equipment in the shop, ensuring equipment repairs are done accurately and timely. Requirements

  • 2 or more years of working knowledge of small engines and agricultural equipment
  • Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, and air conditioning systems
  • Team-oriented personality, focus and drive to work without direct supervision
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Self-motivation and assertiveness
  • Must provide own tools
