Job Description
We are currently recruiting a temporary Administrative Assistant (Administrative Coordinator) for a full-time, short-term position in Chesapeake, VA, paying $20.53 an hour.

Requirements

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive or C-suite leadership
  • Manage complex Outlook calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with accuracy and professionalism
  • Draft, review, and send professional email correspondence with strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and responsiveness
  • Coordinate daily administrative activities to support office operations and leadership needs
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external contacts
  • Additional duties as assigned
