Job Description
We are currently recruiting a temporary Administrative Assistant (Administrative Coordinator) for a full-time, short-term position in Chesapeake, VA, paying $20.53 an hour.
Requirements
Provide high-level administrative support to executive or C-suite leadership
Manage complex Outlook calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with accuracy and professionalism
Draft, review, and send professional email correspondence with strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail
Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and responsiveness
Coordinate daily administrative activities to support office operations and leadership needs
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external contacts
