Role OverviewWest Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company specializing in bathroom remodels. This Installer role is based in Baltimore, MD, and involves performing safe and effective installations following company SOPs and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.
What You Will Do
Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials, travel to customer homes, demo existing bath/shower, install new tub or pan and wall surround, update plumbing if needed, clean up thoroughly, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse.

- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
