Job Description
Responsible for monitoring customer service quality, assisting in shows/events preparation and conclusion, and ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in entertainment venues.

Requirements

  • Monitor the quality of service to customers attending shows/events
  • Assist in shows/events preparation and conclusion
  • Ensure operational efficiency and the highest level of customer service
  • Scan show tickets
  • Escort guests to their assigned section
  • Secure the venue during a show performance
  • Attend pre-shift meeting with Showroom Supervisor
  • Work directly with Showroom Supervisor to ensure policies and procedures are correctly executed
  • Work directly with Box Office to handle VIP & VVIP guests
  • Exhibit sound judgement when making decisions that affect the flow of customers
  • Ability and willingness to work any assignment
  • Understand and perform duties of assignment
  • Monitor physical surroundings for safety, cleanliness and functionality
  • Respond quickly and courteously to patrons’ needs, questions, comments, or concerns
  • Actively assist with established Front of House emergency procedures
  • Assist House Manager with procedures for injuries, medical problems, etc.
  • Assist patrons with ADA / special needs
  • Ability to write show reports
  • Ability to read event ticket (visual acuity corrected to read as small as 11-font print) in dim lighting with use of flashlight
  • Ability to provide accurate knowledge to patrons regarding venue logistics
