Role OverviewAs a Showroom Manager, you will lead sales and customer experience, drive long-term impact and sales growth, and run the business with confidence and agility. You will set the vision and lead a high-performing team, cultivate an inclusive and respectful environment, and own talent outcomes end-to-end.
What You Will Do
You will lead from the floor with energy and optimism, actively selling while setting expectations for the Lovesac selling process, maintaining a strong quote pipeline, and driving consistent quote reviews. You will own the full customer journey, model expert product knowledge, and foster a fun, engaging environment.

Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a retail environment
- Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights
- Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support
- Must be able to travel, as required by the Company
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
- Must be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position
