Job Description
ParentsTogether is looking for a Showrunner & Sr Producer to manage their content operation, develop original show concepts, and oversee the production schedule. The ideal candidate is a creative force with a passion for digital content production and a proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in digital content production, social media strategy, or a related field
  • Proven experience developing original concepts for short form and or long form video content
  • Experience managing creators, contractors, or production teams, including coordinating workflows and deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and maintain content calendars at scale across multiple platforms
  • Hands-on experience producing and distributing content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube
  • Practical fluency with AI tools in a content creation or production context
  • Demonstrated understanding of audience engagement, with the ability to effectively reach and retain a male 28 to 45 demographic
  • Strong writing and communication skills, including the ability to translate early stage ideas into clear and actionable briefs
  • Ability to communicate effectively across both creative and operational stakeholders
  • Demonstrated willingness to experiment with new formats, iterate quickly, and apply learnings from performance data
