Role OverviewAs a Shred Technician, you will work in a production environment using tools and equipment to shred tires through a series of manual and automated processes. You will be responsible for unloading casings, inspecting tire casings, mechanical tire de-beading, and other duties required by management.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include unloading casings, inspecting tire casings, mechanical tire de-beading, unloading bagging stations, stacking inventory, and quality control of finished product.

Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude
- Previous manufacturing/production experience (strongly preferred but not required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 105lbs, carry 60lbs, and push/pull 60lbs
- Ability to wear face shield, leather gloves, long sleeved shirt, safety glasses with wings, and ear protection
- Steel toed footwear, safety glasses, and ear plugs required in the shop
