Role OverviewAs a Brand Ambassador for TransWest, you will provide the highest level of customer service and authentically connect with clients to introduce them to and assist in navigating our transportation network.
What You Will Do
Greet clients, communicate transportation information, answer client inquiries, and interact with driver team members to ensure the highest level of care while utilizing our services.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will work cross-functionally with other TransWest team members, demonstrate and provide instructions to clients on ridership applications, and represent TransWest in a positive way.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience working in the transportation industry preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to walk and stand for entirety of shift
- Enjoy people and excel at customer service
- Able to communicate proficiently in English
