Job Description
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting HR operations with primary ownership and hands-on administration of onboarding, HRIS record administration, compliance auditing, and leave of absence processing.

Requirements

  • Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing and coordinating HR operational activities
  • Coordinate and execute employee onboarding activities
  • Maintain and administer employee records within the HRIS system
  • Process employee status changes, transfers, promotions, compensation updates, and separations
  • Conduct routine and ad hoc audits of HR records, personnel files, and system data
  • Support leave of absence administration
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and recordkeeping requirements
