Job Description
Silver Dollar City Resort is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead all HR functions for the property, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of progressive human resources experience and a strong understanding of state and federal laws concerning labor relations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years' progressive human resources experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
  • Degree in employee relations, human resources, organizational development, or business preferred
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Hospitality experience or experience in a business with a large seasonal staff required
  • Experience opening a hotel or leading HR during new property launch is highly desirable
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office projects (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
