Job Description
Digicel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SIM-to-Go Executive to support the operational execution, financial control, and compliance management of the SIM-to-Go distribution program.

Requirements

  • Distribute SIM cards to the sales team and distributors in line with approved allocations.
  • Prepare, manage, and issue SIM reorders to ensure uninterrupted availability and prevent stockouts.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time SIM inventory records, including issued, returned, and remaining stock.
  • Create and manage SIM-to-Go distributors on the SIM-to-Go platform.
  • Allocate SIM ranges in the system strictly according to physical SIMs issued.
  • Track SIM activations and customer registrations to validate sales performance and usage.
  • Submit all SIM-to-Go merchant and distributor contracts via DocuSign to the CEO for approval.
  • Investigate discrepancies and follow up on outstanding balances or missing lodgments.
  • Prepare weekly reports on: SIM inventory levels, Sales and activation performance, Lodgments received and outstanding, Variances and compliance issues.
