Role OverviewThe Simulation & Digital Twin Engineer will own simulation software configuration management, build high-fidelity digital twins, and develop validated vehicle dynamics models. They will also develop scalable scenario generation frameworks, generate synthetic training datasets, and support virtual validation initiatives.
What You Will Do
The engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining digital twin environments, developing vehicle dynamics models, and generating synthetic training datasets. They will also integrate ROS2 autonomy stack for closed-loop simulation and support virtual validation initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineer or other related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Python, C++ or similar programming languages
- ROS2 architecture
- Linux development environments
- version control systems (Git)
- Digital twin development workflows
- Experience with simulation platforms and Python-based simulation environments
- Understand physics simulation, vehicle dynamics, and sensor modelling
- Sim-to-real validation approaches
- Experience integrating robotics systems into simulation
- Ability to design test scenarios and evaluate simulation outputs
- Experience using Git, Azure DevOps or equivalent source-control systems
- Familiarity with automated build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation
