Role OverviewThe Site & Simulation Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality, hands-on educational experiences. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day site operations while providing direct operational and technical support for simulation and skills-based learning activities.
What You Will Do
The Site & Simulation Operations Manager will manage site calendars, ensure compliance with institutional policies, and act as a liaison between faculty, campus leadership, and external partners to support smooth program execution. They will also prepare simulation labs, classrooms, and mobile learning environments for scheduled instructional activities.

Requirements
- Associate degree or demonstrated transferable experience required
- 2–4 years of experience in site operations, laboratory support, simulation environments, or educational program coordination
- Experience supporting hands-on or skills-based learning preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, student-centered academic environment
