Role OverviewThe Site Activation Manager will direct and manage the execution of strategic, operational, and financial delivery of required Site Activation activities. This includes site ID and selection, ethics and regulatory processes, and site contracting for assigned studies. The manager will oversee the execution of start-up and lifecycle maintenance for assigned projects, adhering to agreed project timelines and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do
The Site Activation Manager will provide strategic planning and project oversight to accelerate site activation through best-in-class project management. They will support pre-award/bid defense activities, develop and implement the Site Activation Management Plan, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver the agreed project scope.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field, at least 5 years of experience, and 2 years of lead experience in a scientific or clinical environment. They will have demonstrable experience in an international role and be able to mentor and coach colleagues.
