Site Civil BIM Specialist

As a Site Civil BIM Specialist, you will contribute to the design of facility-related sites in support of the Data Center market, with future opportunities to explore various markets. You will work closely with the IL/IN civil design team, providing BIM and AutoCAD/Civil 3D support throughout the project life cycle. This role requires coursework experience in land development and building-related site civil design.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include working on Site Civil models, generating BIM elements, and accurately modeling designs in the correct special constraints of the modeling environment. You will also prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams of the design, maintain the discipline model, and produce discipline-specific documentation.

Requirements

• Technically qualified with 3D design software and document management infrastructure
