Role OverviewAssist Senior Engineer with site studies, site designs, and contract documentation preparation. Perform overall site layout, grading, utility layout, and drainage. Work independently on small projects or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects.
What You Will Do
Perform routine engineering assignments, complete projects with clear objectives, and perform administrative duties associated with project management for civil/site projects.

Must have a Bachelor's degree, attitude, and commitment to being an active participant of HDR's employee-owned culture. Familiarity with MicroStation, AutoCAD, and civil engineering software is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate
- Familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
- Familiarity and demonstrated experience with civil engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation and/or Autodesk Infraworks and Civil 3D
