Role OverviewAs a Site Civil Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for the design of facility-related sites in support of various markets, including Corporate/Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Municipal, Civic, Industrial, Sports & Recreation, and Mission Critical buildings and infrastructure. You will coordinate and work closely with a multidiscipline design team throughout the entire life cycle of projects from planning stages, through the development of construction documents, and construction administration.
What You Will Do
Develop civil engineering scope of work and budgets for proposals, participate in the interview process for new work, serve as the Engineer of Record on complex projects, and connect the civil team with resources, both internal and external.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 7 years experience
- Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
