Site Civil Team Lead

HDR is seeking a Site Civil Engineering Team Lead for our Building Engineering Services Business Group located in Denver, CO. This person will be responsible for the design of facility-related sites in support of a variety of markets including Corporate/Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Municipal, Civic, Industrial, Sports & Recreation, and Mission Critical buildings and infrastructure. They will be expected to coordinate and work closely with a multidiscipline design team throughout the entire life cycle of projects from planning stages, through the development of construction documents, and construction administration.

What You Will Do

Develop civil engineering scope of work and budgets for proposals. Serve as the Engineer of Record on complex projects. Guide the design team through design calculations and the process of developing a plan set, details, specifications, and cost estimates. Manage client meetings and correspondence, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 7 years experience
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
