Role OverviewThe Site Coordinator has a vital role in creating a positive and enriching environment where students can thrive beyond the classroom. This position is about fostering creativity, building confidence, and supporting academic and personal growth in a fun and engaging way.
What You Will Do
Plan, organize, and oversee daily afterschool programs and activities, recruit, train, and manage afterschool program staff, and ensure programs are engaging, age-appropriate, and promote academic, social, and emotional development.

Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in after-school programming operations
- 1+ years’ experience managing a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with kids, parents, school admin, and teachers
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff
- Professional attitude, commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and professional discretion
- Ability to solve problems, make decisions, and resolve conflicts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and common operating systems
- College transcripts showing 48+ college credit units completed or passing an academic proficiency exam
- TB test and Live Scan background check
- CPR and first aid training or certification within 12 months
- English - Spanish bilingual speaker highly preferred
