Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team and play a pivotal role in our large-scale project bids. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for conducting take-offs and compiling bid proposals for our exciting ventures.
What You Will Do
Conduct plan take-offs, gather vendor quotes, calculate quantities, and understand product specifications and pricing. Play an integral role in all aspects of the bidding process, contributing at various levels to ensure the success of our projects.

Requirements
- Intermediate knowledge and experience in commercial Site Development and Earthwork
- Previous experience with a Site Development contractor in the field
- A degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and other MS Office products
- Familiarity with AGTEK or similar dirt take-off software
