Job Description
The Granite YMCA is seeking a Site Director to lead one of our Before and/or Aftercare program sites. As a Site Director, you will oversee daily program operations, lead a team of staff, and ensure compliance with YMCA standards and New Hampshire state licensing requirements.

Requirements

  • Develop and implement a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate program aligned with YMCA standards and NH licensing
  • Foster a positive environment that promotes YMCA core values and character development
  • Supervise and support Group Leaders and Assistant Group Leaders as the on-site leader
  • Collaborate with the Program Director to maintain program quality, compliance, and communication
  • Plan weekly schedules, curriculum, and activities; manage supplies and site organization
