Role OverviewThe Site Director is responsible for managing the site budget, member enrollment, and personnel, and for development of enriching programs for the members in accordance with state requirements. The role involves supervising employees, managing administration, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
What You Will Do
The Site Director will ensure that all direct reports are trained in policies and procedures, interview and select candidates, manage administration, coach and motivate direct reports, address staff conflicts, and develop curriculum and programs.

Requirements
- College degree in Child Development or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an early learning/preschool environment
- Experience managing employees highly preferred
- Knowledgeable concerning NAEYC requirements
- Experience with Brightwheel strongly preferred
