As a Site EHS Manager II, you'll lead our Global WHS Program implementation, combining hands-on safety management with strategic thinking to protect our people. You'll drive safety initiatives that make a real difference, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement practical solutions that protect associates while supporting productivity.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading safety compliance efforts, conducting thorough site audits, analyzing incident trends to target improvements, managing our first aid program and emergency response capabilities, and transforming safety data into actionable insights.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations
- 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience
