As a WHS Manager, you'll lead our Global WHS Program implementation, combining hands-on safety management with strategic thinking to protect associates while driving operational excellence. You'll conduct comprehensive risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement practical solutions that protect associates while supporting productivity.
What You Will Do
You'll lead safety compliance efforts, conduct thorough site audits, and analyze incident trends to target improvements where they matter most. Managing our first aid program and emergency response capabilities, you'll ensure immediate care is always available. Your analytical skills will transform safety data into actionable insights, while your leadership abilities will help engage associates in our safety mission.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations
- 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience
