Role OverviewAs a Site General Manager at GO Car Wash, you'll be responsible for all aspects of operating your car wash, including managing the facility, equipment, inventory, marketing, sales, expenses, service, and safety. You'll also hire, train, and develop a team in line with our standards and values.
What You Will Do
Deliver excellent customer service, drive sales growth, and achieve financial and performance results through your own and other teams. You'll also be responsible for proactively and creatively solving operation, people, and profit challenges.

We're looking for someone with high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of management experience, ideally in a service-related business, and car wash experience preferred but not required.
