As a Site HR Generalist, you will support the HR Manager in delivering the overall people strategy for the site, ensuring positive employee relations and effective communication. You will also be responsible for site training, administration of the labor agreement, and other HR-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum four (4) years of professional HR experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent
  • Professional HR Certification preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written communications
  • Ability to handle confidential and protected employee information
  • Ability to multi-task with competing priorities
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization from shop floor to VP
  • Basic knowledge of labor and employment laws
