Job Description
The Site IT Technician (SITT) supports the digital infrastructure of the AHFS, ensuring secure, reliable, and mission-ready systems for flight operations, simulation, and administrative functions.

Requirements

  • Managing all the computer systems in the AHFS site
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Support all AHFS IT needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in servers, workstations, and communication systems
  • Ensure cybersecurity compliance with military standards and protocols
  • Manage user accounts, access controls, and system permissions
  • Support real-time data systems used in flight training and mission debriefing
  • Conduct regular system diagnostics, backups, and updates
  • Document system configurations, network settings, and incident reports
  • Assist with IT support during field exercises and operational deployments
  • Train personnel on secure and effective use of IT systems
