Job Description
Compass Mining is a leading provider of Bitcoin mining services. We're driven by our mission to strengthen the Bitcoin network by democratizing hashrate. As a Site Lead, you will work with the Regional Site Operations Manager and Datacenter Technicians to maintain a portion of our company’s 40,000+ assets, facilities, and hosting partners to ensure that everything is safe and functional.

Requirements

  • Oversee all personnel, hiring, discipline, and assessment of employees at the facilities
  • Responsible for performance of the facility, specifically up-time and production
  • Responsible for the maintenance, construction, repair, and refurbishment operations of one or more facilities or properties
