What You Will Do
The Site Lead will be responsible for overseeing personnel, hiring, discipline, and assessment of employees. They will also be responsible for performance of the facility, maintenance, construction, repair, and refurbishment operations. Additionally, they will implement policies and procedures to ensure optimal functioning of buildings and equipment.

Requirements
- Technical degree in information technology or equivalent certifications and job experience
- 5+ years of experience in a critical infrastructure environment
- Comfortable working with a team of technicians in a 24x7 operating environment
- Experience with electrical troubleshooting, HVAC, plumbing, construction, security, and fire protection are preferred
- Experience with IT infrastructure maintenance is desired but can be acquired
