Role OverviewWe are seeking a self-motivated and reliable Lead/Working Supervisor to work in one of our client's sites. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, yet also be a team player. The role involves leading and motivating staff, managing multiple projects, and responding to emergency calls.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas. The candidate will also be responsible for training new employees, removing trash, and replacing trash can linings.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of chemicals and equipment, be fluent in English, and have reliable transportation. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus. The candidate must also be able to pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
