The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is seeking a Site Leader to join their team at the Y. As a Site Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team and delivering high-quality programs and services related to Before and After School Child Care. You will be accountable for verifying staff excellence, maintaining a safe and engaging environment for children, and communicating effectively with parents and guardians.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education or human services related field
  • Minimum 2 years (2500 hours) of childcare experience
  • Ability to supervise and direct staff
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use sensitivity
