Site Maintenance Team Member

As a Site Maintenance Team Member, you’ll help keep our store clean, safe, and running smoothly both inside and out.

What You Will Do

Maintain cleanliness of store, restrooms, and exterior property. Clean fueling areas, parking lot, and interior spaces. Perform basic maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or able to complete our employer-paid GED program)
• Must be eligible to work in the US (Wills Group participates in E-Verify)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 6 months of customer service or maintenance experience
• Comfort using basic tools such as power washers and sprayers
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shifts
• Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons
